Step Ahead Home Energy Audits was very professional. Ginny Ades kept in contact with me from the start of the project to the finish and provided some very honest feedback about our home with a good audit report. This gives us a great place to start from for not only energy conservation but also safety concerns within our home. Our home is very old (1904) and this shows that even in older homes energy audits can be usefully applied. We plan on taking the corrective measures suggested and then calling the company back up to return to do the more in-depth thermal scan. SAHEA was very professional and we recommend both the company and the product.

She was great. She likes to explain what she was doing, extremely knowledgeable about her work. She was very professional, made me understand the heating and air conditions in the house. What is working and what is causing a problem in the house.
