Very surface cleaning wont take out any major stains just dirty carpet.

I needed my carpets cleaned due to a problem with rat urine and feces from an unwanted "guest". I alerted Steamco to my problem and they suggested I use their deep clean treatment for an additional $69.00. Once the technician set-up, he was in and out in less than 30 minutes for 1,100 sq. ft. He didn't clean my side of the closet, which also had feces in it, he didn't clean behind my son's door, and I still had feces at the baseboards in my living room. Ultimately, my carpet still smelled like urine and my carpet throughout did not smell "fresh". I left a message for them to call me and talk about my grievances, but I never heard back.
