Project: Add a Sunroom or Patio Enclosure
We had a terrible experience with this same project at our lat house. Fortunatley Mike and Kenny were great from the beginning. We were prepared for another project that included battling with the contractor and wondering if anyone was going to show up that day to work. Fortunatley their teams were well scheduled and we had great experience with Mirko who is the one that did 85% of the work. Pablo the electrician was also very helpful and they were both very organized and kept the area looking good. The project started several weeks late which seems to alway be an issue. We are very happy with the end product and plan to use them again.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
Our deck was completed and is spectacular. Starting with the bid and design process - our experience has been excellent. VERY attentive and knowledgeable about concept design, right through the completion. There were some holdups with a couple of blizzards and some rain but every chance they could, the people were there and working diligently. The communication and care this company delivered was of the highest service level and we would recommend them (and have!) again and again. They stayed within budget and delivered on time (given weather delays).

I used them for Patio work in my yard. I found them very responsive, accommodating to last minute design changes, and the work was done with minimal disruption to my and my household, the cleanup was good, and additional items like putting sod in and around areas that were disturbed was done very well.

Project: Remodel a Basement
Steadfast subcontracted the project to Phil Cardone who oversaw the entire effort. He provided ideas to make the basement standout; a real customize look with recess lights, french doors, etc. He took time to find the right fixtures and other additions at reasonable prices. I feel had I gone directly to Phil instead of Steadfast, the project would have been cheaper. The only negative was the paint job. Lack of attention to detail, sloppy painting on doors and trim was the only drawback to a beautiful, finished basement.

While there was confusion over the estimate - In writing it went up from the verbal. The work of demolishing and rebuilding our porch by Nelson was excellent. The final written estimate was the same as one of another company and Steadfast had a good track record.
