Had Eric from Startec hang one of our TV's and we couldn't be happier with the quality of work and profesionalism. We were suppose to have it done on a Saturday but Eric had to stay longer at the stop before us... instead of pushing our appt. to later on that week he came by on a Sunday! Great Customer Service and I will use them again.

Wow! Eric Farmer was so quick to respond to our service request and came right out. He showed up on time, was friendly, responsible and courteous and got the job done. His rates are more than reasonable, and we're so happy to be supporting an independent business-owner versus "the big guy!" We've signed on with Startec for alarm monitoring, and we will definitely look to Eric & Startec for future projects.
