We offer Clean Free (No soap residue prespray), Anti Allergen, Green Balance(Green prespray)and a variety of other presprays. We use a truckmount with the Hydramaster RX-20 to restore your carpets to like new condition. It removes all matting, animal hair, etc. and cleans right down to the backing. Price was higher than other companies I've used and operator asked for a tip afterward. Carpet was wetter than usual.

They did not identify themselves so I am not sure what job it was. If they had protectant applied, it does take longer to dry because we spray it on the carpet. They did not complain about the quality of the work, only the price, so we must of done an excellent job, which is our goal. We don't start the job until we have an approval from the customer, so they agreed to the price before the job was performed.

I have use Starshine 2 times now they clean the carpets nicely ,both times. However The second time i dont know it they deoderized it .As it is a rent house and i have had alot of feed back the the basement carpets look clean but still smell of pets .I was completely satified with thee service and the speedyness of the work they did How ever i dont exspect maricals ,i just wish the carpets would have had ben deoderized better .I do recomed this company to everyone ,just ask remind them to deoderize them better .Thank You
