I needed my carpets cleaned, last minute. I contacted Service Magic told them what I needed done, and within a few minutes I received a call back from Stars and Stripes Services. I should also say they were the only company that called me back! They had same day service, did an excellent job at cleaning my carpets, and the customer service was excellent. Thank you again.

Project: Clean Carpets or Rugs in a Home

The man who came to clean my carpets told me that the cleaning fee was $99/3 rooms. When I spoke with the person on the phone prior to them coming he told me it would be $90/3rms and the hallway was free. The computer advertisement also stated $90/3mrs with hallway free. The person was trying to make money and lied about what the advertisement said and told me I was wrong. I told him I read it on-line and I called and asked prior to having them come to my home. I did not find this person very professional.
