Starr was great ! We / He [ Mike the owner ] encounter some unusual problems on this project ! He gave me a firm bid over the phone without seeing the whole picture ; nor did I knowingly no it would be any different than our phone conversation. When he noticed things were a bit unusual ; he pointed it out and than said He goofed ; [ by not asking enough questions ] now lets just getter done. And that is what He Did !! ; He never let the mistake effected the quality of he's work or ask for compaction in anyway. I'd highly recommend Mike and his team for a handyman project. He was responsive & thorough. He suggested solutions I hadn't thought of, which I appreciated. I've already recommended him to family members who also need some help with their homes.

Project: Hire a Handyman
This was a great experience. Mike called as soon as I sent out the request, figured out how he could fit me into his day, met me at the job on time, brought help so my two jobs could get done at the same time, saving me money. He helped me save money by using the existing hardware, and explained what was done and why. I'm looking for an ongoing relationship with a maintenance company, and I hope this is it.

Mike was very good at communicating. He provided us with exactly what we discussed, no problems. We'll definitely consider him for other jobs around our money pit of a house.
