The first visit fixed the problem we were having with our stove but another issue arose and it was quickly remedied. Excellent customer service. Appreciated that he called ahead to provide a status of his approximate time of arrival. Very responsive. Would highly recommend Stara Appliance.

he was ok but had charged me for an expensive part , which he said he would mail to me. It has been about 10 days now and has not returned calls.
