First tech sent was unable to fix prob adequately but when I called back later they prompltly dispatched a more experienced tech who did fix the problem.

Completed project quickly. Stated a higher price than quoted on phone. Did not clean up after themselves to my satisfaction and they didn't return plug in drain as they found it.
