At first we were very happy with this company, the customer service was outstanding, and the price was perfect. However, we never saw an improvment in our pest problem. They returned within a week, free of charge, and sprayed again. We still have yet to see an improvment. We called to explain the issue, and they want to charge another service fee in order for them to return. Their product has not worked at all, and we have made that clear.And they want us to pay again for something that has yet to work. Lesson learned: You get what you pay for. Be weary of cheap prices!

Customer lives like a slob doesnt want have the condo sprayed and kept canceling apointments we do are best BUT when the customer doesnt work with us there aint much we can do

First spray and baiting, after two days no sign of any live sewer roaches. Only finding dead varmints. Second phase, in about two weeks, one more spray and they should all be gone. I'm very happy!

No problems. Took the extra steps to leave poison traps (??) and the mention that we could remove dishwasher panel and clean out real good. Would have never thought of that unless he had told us.

My experience with Star Pest Control has been wonderful, I have been using them for about 8 months now and refuse to go anywhere else. They always give me a reminder call when my monthly service is due, this helps tremendously keeping me from having to remember this on top of everything else. Their prices are the best that I have found for the quality of service they give. I have recommended them to everyone that I know that is looking for service, and I will continue to do so.

Fast, Friendly service with no hidden costs. The price that was quoted to me over the phone was what I paid. My problem is gone, and I would hire Star Pest Control again.
