I was very pleased with the care the movers took to make sure no damage was done to my furniture or the home. I was that the company sent someone to give an estimate in person. I do feel that more men should have been sent for the job, in which case the move would not have taken the maximum number of hours estimated.

These folks are professional and trustworthy and punctual. I used them to pack and move me. The only criticisms I have are minor: The consultant who provided the stimation was 40 minutes late and didn't proactively phone me, but he was very efficient and his estimate was very close to actual. One of the packers boxed up CDs that were not designated to move with me which I didn't realize until they had already been moved and the movers had left. It required extra time to sort through the boxes but overall a minor thing.

I was more than impressed with Jeff. He was very professional and he put you at ease with his knowledge and fairness. The price was much less than I expected and his company takes extra care to insure your door jams, banisters, and flooring are well protected. Coming from a strict and quality control military background I recommend 5 Star moving with no reservations.

They were on time and professional. While they went a little higher than budget, they kept me informed throughout the move and were able to explain cleraly where they went over buget. They did a nice job packing and took great care not to damage anything.
