I did not get a second estimate so I do not know if the value is correct. I really felt comfortable with the repairman and am pleased with the way he listened to what I needed and did that w/o trying to influence me to do more.

They were the first to call. They came out as scheduled. The repair was 'fixed'. The next day the pipe began to leak again. We called about the pipe still leaking. They came out again quickly. The repair was not complicated and should have been 100% fixed the first time, it was not acceptable that it was not fixed correctly. However, they came back out quickly and did not make excuses and did not ask us to pay more for completing the repair. so I would try them again.

My hot water heater was not working. I contacted Service Magic on a Saturday afternoon. Star Home Comfort called me almost immediately after I submitted my request, and send a tech out to check the water heater within an hour. He was able to check it out and get it going again. Great customer service!

Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
they were the 3 rd ones to call me back with an estimate over the phone. It was the weekend and stress for time. They had the heater on hand and came out first thing Sat. morning and installed it at a reasonable cost. Had to leave the installer at the res. due to appointments I had for the day. Within hours the heater was installed and running. This is a company you can trust to do the work right and not worry about them coming into your house.

The leak was not what I had diagnosed... The part was replaced in an hour. Very proficienct.. Price was excessive in my opinion but that is necessary for emergency repair.... SATISFIED
