Project: Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
Quality of workmanship was perfectly acceptable but project lagged behind schedule very badly and workmen frequently did not listen to or understand instructions.  Several aspects had to be redone.  However, there was never any complaint about doing things to my satisfaction and the completed room is absolutely wonderful.
