I hired him to treat for bugs and termites and to bait for rats. He did all three in a very timely manner, and charged very reasonable rates. But when I went out to inspect his work, I discovered what looked like termite activity in my shed. I called him back out, and he said "Oh, yeah. I missed that the first time. There are termites here. ": Then he wanted to charge me to treat the shed. I wish he had seen that the first time. But otherwise very professional.

Sheds are not inspected in a home inspection, unless otherwise asked for by the client. The original inspection was not done by our company, and should have been caught by their inspector as they completed the WDI report for Linda. Treatments and inspections were done as specified to the client by StarBugs. Enjoyed working with and for Linda, and look forward to taking care of her and her family for many more years to come! First one to call me and came that same day to do pest control. I will call him in the future. No pressure regarding yearly contracts, etc. I would refer him to neighbors.
