They were nice but I do feel I overpaid.

We found various efficiency problems, in addition to the repair, during the diagnostic. These problems, if addressed would reduce the energy consumption of this customer’s equipment. The A/C system was undercharge and the coil was dirty. They also had an issue with poor airflow due to poor duct design and a high pressure loss filter. Most people do not realize a loss in capacity equates to an increase in energy cost. It is unfortunate that this customer did not perceive the value of the work that was performed.

We were impressed by the quickness in Stan's response after submitting our request and we are very satisfied with the service Stan's HVAC Services provided. Our central air unit hadn't been cooling -- Stan conducted a thorough analysis of the unit and fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable and offered suggestions on how to make our system worked at its optimal levels. I highly recommend Stan's HVAC -- it saved us from suffering another HOT summer night!

Our experience was very good. When they couldn't get the unit we originally ordered, they upgraded us to another unit at no extra charge. They worked til almost 10 at night to get the a/c unit working in one day (since we were without a/c during the 100 degree het wave). They took away all the old heater and a/c and cleaned up after themselves.

Tech found that my circuit breaker had tripped. After switching back to "on" position, the A/C started and ran fine. No charge to come out and no charge for the fix. No charge of any kind. I highly recommend Stan's HVAC Service.

We are very satisfied with the service Stan's HVAC Services provided. Our central air unit hadn't been cooling -- other companies came over and said the entire unit needed to be replaced due to it's age and size. Stan and his team conducted a thorough analysis of the unit, listened to us, and fixed the problem. Our central air is working the best it has in years. I highly recommend Stan's HVAC -- you'll be glad you called them.
