The first visit to conduct the appraisal was done by a very professional and knowledgable gentleman. He arrived on time, established our needs, measured for material needs and promised an estimate within 48 hours. The estimate arrived as promised. We E-mailed back our  agreement to proceed. A complete contract arrived overrnight delivery with agreeable payment terms. We made our down payment and returned the signed contract. Install date was confirmed. On the day of install the workmen were polite, and showed a great deal of pride and attention to their work.
