Explains everything he plans on doing, and answers all your questions. Quality of the work is awesome. We are soooo happy with our new stairs and railing. Price is very competitive and does an awesome job keeping it clean as they go! :) Whole job completed in one day!

James gave us the best quote by far. He worked within our guidelines and fixed our problem rather than suggesting a full replace as did other contractors we had looking at the same problem. James fixed our problem and we hired him to do some extra work as well.

The job was very well done. He repaired the stairs to my basement and replaced the railing. The price was exactly was I was expecting to pay. Jim was very clean, draped my floor, when he was done there was no sign he had ever been there. I'm confident in the strength of the stairs. I would definitely re-hire or recommend him.
