I was not home when the service man came. My fiance had left the key for the man to begin. When he got there, the service man had already completed the living room. He then finished the house. He had given me a price of $150. He talked my fiance into cleaning the whole house for $375 which would have been OK if he had done it right. When I spoke to my fiance I asked if he had taken up the throw rug in the living room and he checked. He hadn't. He actually cleaned over the rug so when you moved it, there is a big difference in the floor color. I was furious. My fiance called him because he said it was guaranteed and he refused to come back.

They did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price.  They were able to make our carpet look new again and remove all of the stains we had, including some that were not removed with the last cleaning.  The men were professional, very well mannered, and respectful not to damage anything.  They worked very hard, were efficient, and really did a great job with our project. I will definitely use them again the next time we do this and that is the highest compliment of all.
