I am not sure if a good job was done or not because after we paid almost $500 we were told that our condenser broke. This was already working before the job started but not efficiently due to a blockage in the Freon line, so we were told by St.Jean. This is going to cost another $1100 to replace.  We are a small business and that cost is astronomical especially in these economic times. I guess we have to sweat out what’s left of the summer.

Ray was really fantastic.  Incredibly professional, honest, hardworking and flexible.  Not only did he come out the day our old furnace died and got it temporarily running again (without charge), he also provided us with several detailed proposals for a replacement furnace.  When the furnace we selected turned out to be too large for the space, he came back the following day with a different one and had it running in short order.  Great communication and incredibly professional in all respects.  It's great to know that there are still honest, dependable craftsmen out there.
