I called quite a few companies.Sam called back right away and came to look at the job the next morning. My daughter was away on vacation and I wanted to have her floors sanded as a surprise. Sam not only finished the job in plenty of time but he also worked the whole weekend to help me surprise my daughter. The floors came out beautiful and look brand new. I would not hesitate to refer Sam to anyone. I sell real estate and I plan to let my clients know what a gentleman he is. I couldn't be more pleased.

Sam at Square Floor Service was very accomodating, clean work w/ minimal dust after sanding & 3 coats of poly on our floors - the best quote we received and quality work! Highly recommend
