Square Deal was very easy to work with. They called right away to set up an estimate. They were pleasant and professional and gave a reasonable price for their work. They did the job while I was at work and it turned out great. I would use them again.

The price was good, the work was done well, the crew worked hard. I felt the company did a good job of fixing the problems underneath my siding and replacing it with new siding.

We contracted with Square Deal Renovations for some renovation work on a 120-year-old shotgun house. Charles Emanuele of Square Deal provided the most detailed estimate of the 4 contractors that submitted estimates for the work and it was also the most reasonably priced. The project was completed quickly, professionally and on budget. We were so pleased with Charlie’s work, that we had several other follow on projects done as well. We could not be more pleased with Charles Emanuele and his company. Charlie has proven to be a trustworthy, skilled and responsible professional. We HIGHLY recommend Square Deal Renovations.

My overall experience with this company was great. They showed up when they said they would and preformed the work as stated. If I had any issues it was the cost. I was under the impression the work would take longer which is why I paid more, however the work was done in 20 minutes. Great job on getting it finished so quickly, but what I was told had to happen didn't need to be done. Having a minimum fixed price to do one small job was a bit alarming as well.

From the gentleman who called us to set up the estimate, to the salesman who came to prepare our estimate to the technician who came to install our siding, we were MOST impressed with Square Deal Siding. This company is the highest in professionalism! With our estimate they provided a packet regarding their company, and readily provided proof of their insurance coverage (very important to us). Through the completion of the job, they were friendly, helpful and honest. They called quickly and performed the work quickly. We couldn't have asked for any better! We will be hiring them to do additional work on our house in the future!
