I provide a detail description of work to be done when I receive a comment like this it’s only when they want more then they asked for free.

CONTRACTOR WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND HONEST. DID A FULL WALK THROUGH, TOOK MEASUREMENTS AND OFFERED VALUABLE SUGGESTIONS. I FELT VERY CONFIDENT IN HIS ASSESSMENTS AND HAVE DECIDED NOT TO PURSUE THIS ADDITION TO OUR HOME AT THIS TIME. BUT DO PLAN TO POSSIBLE BUILD FROM THE GROUND UP WITH HIS ASSISTANCE IN THE FUTURE. VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND PROFESSIONAL.

Still working on the project, so I'm not sure the rating will hold up. But so far, everything's been done well, on time and on budget.

Charlie was very professional... showed up fast, walked the site where the work was gonna be done. Gave a few suggestions, and worked a very detailed quote with options for our different phases of work that needed to be done. Upon starting job, he and his team showed up early, worked dilligently and completed the project very quickly. Surely gonna keep him at the top of our list for future projects. Thanks again Charlie... Keep up the good work.

I hired square deal renovations to build a deck, and they exceeded my expectations. I could not ask for a better deck and Im spending all my time on it. The fence was also repaired perfectly. I will definitely use this company again. This was a great experience.

Mr. Emanuele of Square Deal Renovations, LLC is not reliable when it comes to completing the work started. He starts the work and take shortcuts. He became very angry when I questioned certain things that were done. Because I had questions and asked a licensed house framer to look at the work that was done and advise me on whether the work was done properly, and how the situation could be rectified he decided that he would not return to the job and did not complete the work under contract. He also ask for money even though under the contract he had collected all that he was entitled to prior to finishing the work. DON'T HIRE HIM!!!!!

We signed a contact 5/27/08 with a detailed estimate of work to be completed from the blue prints given to me. After we started we deviated from the prints as she said this was not what we wanted. After work was started we found termite damages and agreed to additional work needed. After phase one was 90 % complete and payment was due she issued checks and then stopped payment

Charlie was excellent and I have recommended him to 4 people. We decided not to renovated the properties. Kirk Robinson
