Rarely returned calls. Did half a job, removed mirrors, then came to see the rest of the job, never called back with price and to set up apt. to do job. Called at least 3 times with not return call. Finally had to get another company to do job.

Unfortunately there are customers that can not make up their minds. I was at this house 3 times before i was given the go ahead to do a small job which i completed and got paid for. I went twice to see the 2nd job and still had not gotten the go ahead to commence work. Free estimates are not free to me. it costs time and money to drive to bayside and back. After my 2nd trip with no ok from the customer to begin i realized it was a losing proposition. The company who finally did the job should have thanked me for obviously finally helping the customer to make up their mind

charged $125 service fee for taking and repairing 1 small vinyl window screen and 1 medium sized screen with small tear. Plus cost of the screens $35. absurd. after calling screen shop was told way too much. promised certain time for repair and twice didn't show up. I called him to be told that screens were not ready. When a professional promises a time HE should call to tell you if not able to make it not the other way around.

What this customer failed to mention was that the screens were picked up,repaired and delivered. Never did he have to come to richmond hill queens to drop them off and return another day to pick them up. And how convenient to forget to mention that we also replaced a cam lock on the window that was broken from the burglary which got us the service call in the first place. Yes if you bring in two screen into my shop the cost is a lot less expensive so of course the screen shop would think my pricing was out of line. but call him with all the facts and ask him if my price was too much. BTW, we are celebrating our 30th anniversary next month
