Great so far! They have only been out once but they called to follow up!

Recommend that S.A.T. contact people and let them know if they are scheduled for work to be done, and an approximate date for the work to be started. Also recommend that Service Magic due a better job of sending info to contractors, S.A.T. was the only contractor that responded to my request for quotes.

We would love to be able to let customers know when we are coming, the problem is, we are so weather dependent, that if we say a certain day and can't make it that day because of weather, soil problems, or our vendors not digging plants, etc.., then the customers really get upset with that as well, problably even more. Through the years we found it best not to call any customers ahead of time, unless they insist on it.

We have not finished the project yet, but so far we are very pleased with S.A.T. and their work. So far, we would highly recommend them!

I am very satisfied with the repair work S.A.T. Landscape Services did on my front porch brick stair. Structurally, the job is great. The bricks are layed in a pattern matching the other stairs and seem pitched correctly for water drainage. Asthetically, the repaired stair stands out, and I requested a follow up visit to wash the mortar off the bricks. The repair request was responded to promptly. I am happy to have a sturdy front porch again, and in time I expect the new clean mortar will weather to match the surrounding bricked areas.

I was somewhat disappointed with the way the project appeared at first and expressed this to them. They returned and rectified the appearence very satisfactorily. Fine people to work with.

They were fast, friendly and did a great job on our paver patio. The clean-up was gray too. We highly recommend them!!!

Extremely satisfied with the work we had completed. S.A.T. was easy to work with, offered fair pricing and detailed proposal, and met all of our expectations. I met with 3 different landscapers and Fort was the most professional by far. He offered great suggestions and then delivered a solid product. I plan to refer friends and neighbors in the future.

They really impressed me. While it took them awhile to get to my project due to the rainy spring, it was not their fault and they were upfront and communicated this well. They went the extra mile by not only grading per specifications but also listened to my intention of planting grass. They put down the grass seed and fertilizer for me and took care of all debris around the yard. I would highly recommend them and I plan on using them again for future projects

I would never use this company again. They never communicated with me, and when they did it was under duress! One portion of the work was done well, the second part looked like they threw it together. The presentation is better than what they offered. Awful experience!!!!!

We are perplexed by this rating. There was never any customer complaint, only one phone call saying that she was concerned about leaving town and would not be able to water her new plant material, so at no charge to her, we installed a timer, hose and sprinkler so that the new plant installation would be kept watered while she was away. All the work was completed in one day, so we are not sure what second part she is talking about. We always handle any customer problems as long as we are aware of them.
