James answered all my questions.  His brother and crew were nice and knowledgeable.  They installed the blown insulation in the attic and sprayed the foam insulation in my master bath area in under 6 hrs.  They left the place spotless when they were done.  The only downside was the fumes from the spray foam insulation which took about 24-36hrs to dissipate.  I have noticed that my heat pump does not run as often and the house stays a nice 70 degrees now.
