Project: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring
Had my hardwood floor installed a while ago now. Problems with this install : 1. Kitchen center island was damaged during install and not repaired for 3 months. 2. Base shoe was installed wrong way round. 3. Base shoe was installed before the last layer of varnish leaving varnish up the base shoe. 4. The base shoe was nailed to the floor and not the baseboard, so in winter when the floor contracted it pulled the shoe away from the wall. 5. Thick layer of dust from sanding was not cleaned from bathroom. 6. Tiles in bathroom scratched after radiators were moved in there during install. Floor generally nice, job rushed, reduced stars for above

very professional, technician arrived right on time. Quality of work was very good. The charges for a 2 window installations was high. Pre-charged for 2 hour install, at $110 ph. It was at first 3 hour install but convinced them that it was too much time. Total time 48 minutes.

THE CLOCK IS RUNNING FOR EVERYTHING.EVEN IF THE GUY HAS TO GOO TO THE BATHROOM THE CLIENT IS GETTING CHARGED..THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THAT A CLIENT IS GETTING CHARGED NOT JUST FOR THE WORK BUT FOR THE TIME.SPOTLESS REMINDS ME OF A TAXI ....THE METER IS ALWAYS RUNNING!!

We advise the customer in advance that we charge by the hour. This should not be a suprise. We cannot deduct for bathroom breaks.

Project: Repair Drywall
I contact Spotless Services on short notice, to have the dry wall in my apartment repaired where I had my TV hung on the wall. Spotless set up a time and date that was convenient for me. The repairman was on time and repaired the wall in no time at all and did a great job

Spotless Service called me right away and helped schedule my appointment. I had a lot to do because I was moving, and they came fully prepared. Derek was my handyman and he was extremely professional, helpful, and knew what he was doing. I would definitely use Spotless Services again in the future.
