He was professional, courteous and did a fantastic job. He quoted for just spot removal but wound up doing the whole room at the same price just to make sure it looked right. He's my new carpet cleaner of choice.

John arrived a little early than the appointed time (with his assistant) but for me, better early than late. He was friendly, courteous and professional and did the job immediately...and he left a bottle of spot cleaner for my carpet. The only thing I wished he could have told me was that after the cleaning there may be a bit of buckling or bubbling in my carpet later on (I guess it depends on what condition or kind of carpeting you have). Apparently the carpet had expanded due to the steaming and I panicked..but the next day the carpet started retracting again to how it was. It would have been nice to know this before but all in all....good!
