The company called two hours after the scheduled appointment saying that they were running late.!!!!. The gentleman,when he arrived twenty-five mins., after the call, was polite and apologized for the delay. However, he cleaned the the 4 areas in a record 35 mins.He did not have enough foam pieces to place underneath the heavier furniture Tnen,when finished cleaning and returning his equipment to his vehicle he walked over the carpet with wet shoes.
