Todd came to my house quickly and gave me a good assessment. Did not try to sell me extra product or services either which was a nice change. They came out to my house and installed the insulation quickly and even allowed me to inspect. Overall a great experience. Would recommend and they are Michigan owned and operated and use Michigan owned and operated insulation. I love keeping my money in the local economy.

They had a problem with equipment on the day they came over. But they called me at work and re-scheduled on a Saturday so I would not have to take another day off work. I was very happy. They came on Saturday and completed the project the same day. I payed cash and got a 5% discount for doing so. Very professional and payed attention to detail. They were very interested in making sure it was done correctly and to my satisfaction. Thanks Spink

I was at work,so I left my wife in charge of picking the PRO to do the Job. Of the one's that came Spink Insulation's rep. took the time and explained everything to her so thoroghly that she was really impressed with what had to be done at a very reasonably cost. P.S. they garanteed their work. (note: we had the attic insulated so the garantee was that if the insulation settled below 12 inches, they would reaply more to maintain the 12 inches) for life.
