I feel Sperling Concrete did a great job with our stamped patio. We were very pleased with the results and they were prompt in coming and keeping us informed. We would certainly hire them again!

Project: Install Stamped Concrete
Put in a stamped concrete patio in our backyard. The finished product looks good except for 3 footprints in the concrete. They are not ours- we did not walk on the concrete for 3 days so this would not happen-found them the minute we walked out there. Other than that, good quality. Customer service was lacking. We were told the entire project would take 2 days. When we returned home after the 2nd day, it looked awful. We did not realize they were not done since we were told 2 days. We called and were not treated well on the phone. Mr Sperling said he would be out the next day and he did not come. His staff was wonderful though!

Project: Install Concrete Patios, Walks and Steps
Norm Sperling (the owner) was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. He was there on site throughout the project. His crew was very skilled and professional as well. Sperling concrete installed 1 broom finished walkway and 1 stamped concrete walkway that lead into a 16' W x 34'L stamped concrete patio. The entire project took only two days and the craftsmanship of this project was amazing. Sperling concrete will definitely get any of my business in the future!!!!

We had stamped concrete installed a couple years ago and I happened to sign onto service magic and found I forgot to rate. We were very happy with mr.sperling at the time and still very happy with the finished product.

When I purchased the salt for the snow and it damaged my concrete Sperling Concrete came and completely understood the situation. They show alot of concern, which made me feel comfortable with their service. They fixed my back porch very very nice and made it durable. They showed me dedication, concern and honest. I would recommend them to anyone.

Norm and his crew were everything we could ask for. We drew up a plan for extending our current rear patio. Norm came over, looked everything over and gave us an excellent price. The best part, his crew showed up the day before we had to go to the hospital for the birth of our 2nd child. When we came back 2 days later the patio was completed and loked great. Thanks to Norm and his crew for everything.
