I could not have asked for a better contractor for this job. Todd was phenomenal. The job turned into a difficult one and he was here for three days and spent at least five times more time than he budgeted when he quoted me a price, but stuck to the original quote even though I'm sure he lost a ton of money on it. He was professional, courteous, polite, caring and sympathetic. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone who needs work done.

Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
The gentleman that installed the system wasn't clean. He wasn't prepared for the job, he didn't have any tools with him. He was telling me that he was basically doing me a favor by flushing the lines in my house. And like I said, he wasn't clean, he didn't show up with anything to cover his feet. It was a rainy, wet day that day. And he wanted to come into my house with a 2 wheel dolly with nothing to put on the floor. I did cover the floor myself. So no, I wouldn't recommend this guy to anybody.

The floor was already 98% covered when we arrived at the job. The customer was hard to deal with from the start of the project as well. When a water tank is replaced, the bleeding of air in the water lines is a normal practice and owner didn't want us to do that. All the technicians have tools on their trucks otherwise we couldn't have replaced the water heater if that was the case. We did do a quality job with no problems to date. I did give the customer a one year warranty for workmanship as we always do on new installations. Todd Spencer

New install of mini-split h/ac heat pump. Turn key job,lowest quote for labor and materials, top quality materials. On time, journeyman grade experience and knowledge. Star to finish time was amazing. Highly recommend for all remodeling needs.
