We have a voicemail system for direct calls. Email was responded to this customer within 5 minutes .... We strive for the best customer service possible. Are we large enough to have a full time secretary...no. but communication has not been a problem with all the options we offer.

.I have not received a bill yet from Spectrum so you know I thought he was going to send me a bill by email, but I hope I didn't delete something not realizing that it was a bill, so that is the only thing is that we have not received a bill yet

We scheduled Spectrum Lawn care to mow our lawn on Thursday. They had some extra time the day before, so they came by on Wednesday instead. We have had other services do a one time mow and they were sloppy and rushed, but Spectrum did a great job.
