Roger was a great help as I organized this project remotely. He was prompt, fair and honest with me about the condition of the site. He kept me informed at each step and even sent me detailed before and after pictures. I highly recommend this company.

The owner was very helpful, but the lady who cleaned my home did not do what she said she does for a "deep clean". My fans were not dusted, one bedroom was not even vacuumed, mirrors were not cleaned, hard wood floors were sticky, and I was charged 140. I talked to her about it, and she came up with excuses then she said when she comes back she will get what she missed. I do not feel she did 140$ worth of cleaning, what she cleaned I could have done in 1/2 the time.

Deborah came to clean our home for 3 hours. She was very friendly and professional and did a fantastic job. My toddler's sock got caught in the vacuum. There was no damage but she stayed a little over her allotted time to make up for the time spent to un-jam the vacuum cleaner. I will personally request Deborah again.

They accomplished the task in reasonable time working in a consistent and methodical fashion so as not to miss the details. They listened and fallowed instructions well. They were respectful and showed a desire to make sure I was pleased with their work.

never had a walk throught to discuss service. The secduleing has a lot to be desisdred. Price was good and cleaning was good for what they did. The cleaning I recived was not as much as I described for the quote but was willing to work with me to get it all done

As a matter of fact, we feel like we were taken for a ride. When she arrived, we asked her to brush the cobwebs outs of the corners and wipe down all the window sills and baseboards. I told her the bathrooms should not be her focus as they had been cleaned recently. She did not run the vacume or mop that we could tell. The downstairs was not touched. I had to leave to go to the store and my husband was working in the yard when she packed up and left after having been paid 75.00. We were very dissatisfied and disappointed in the service. She seemed like a person Iwe wouldn't have to loom over to make sure she did her job. I was wrong.

Roxie and Denise were very professional and courteous. They arrived earlier than scheduled and got right to work. They scrubbed my house from top to bottom in about 2 hours, and I have a 2200 sq foot house=) My house has never looked so clean and sparkly!!
