Absolutely phenomenal, the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. I submitted my request online through ServiceMagic on Sunday, 12/20/09. That same day, Bill Prophet, the owner, contacted me to set up an estimate appointment. We set the appointment up for Tuesday, 12/22 and he and his contractor (Keith) arrived early. They then came back out on Thursday, 12/24 (Christmas Eve!) to complete the project. They arrived early that morning as well. After Keith was finished, Bill inspected his work and took pictures. It was apparent that they take a lot of pride in their work. And they should, they did a fantastic job!

They managed to get a small bit of fibeglas material to patch the small hole in the tub, and came on time and repaired it quickly.

meet the guy and he was on time. It took several days before I got the estimate for the work then when i got it several things were left off, but as i mention them to him he quickly sent me a new estimate with the included things. I just thought the prices were to high
