He was told initially there would be wood that had to be replaced under the roof. When he found it, made sure he repeated issue to me several times to INSURE he would be paid. Replaced the gutter & downspout on the front of my home CROOKED. When I pointed it out, he offered to fix it, but forced the repair. Now it's bent.
