What I can tell you now is that the specialist sent out to us was on time, knowledgable, very professional, had a very neat appearance, and took his time with us to explain more about our project to us. City: Santa Ana Project: Tile: Natural Stone (Granite, Marble, Slate, Quartz, etc) - Repair After waiting 3 weeks for granite repairs, no one showed for the 8:30 am appointment.  I called the office at 9:00 to be told that I was not on the schedule.  Technician arrived… Read Complete Rating After waiting 3 weeks for granite repairs, no one showed for the 8:30 am appointment.  I called the office at 9:00 to be told that I was not on the schedule.  Technician arrived about 10:00 and told me the granite could not be repaired, but replaced.  He waited for assistance but again no one showed up so he left.  I never received a call from the office letting me know when a technician would arrive.  I called back at 3:00 and was told that the technician was on his way.  Technician arrived at 4:00 and finished at 8:30.  I have a baby and we had to use fans because of the terrible fumes throughout my home.  Nice technician and decent work.
