John, the electrician was right on time.  He listened to the list of problems I was having with outside lights, etc. and got right to work.  John explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it and when he left, everything on my list had been taken care of.  Sparrow Electric does not charge a service call fee - just a very reasonable hourly rate for labor and the cost of any parts that are needed.  I would not hesitate to recommend Sparrow Electric to anyone needing electical help - big or small.  You won't be disappointed.
