I have no complaints other than he doesn't seem to brush the sides of the pool well. I've been meaning to call them and bring this to their attention but I've been away on and off and keep forgetting to call when I am home. So, in all fairness, I should alert them first and give them the opportunity to correct this. My previous service would leave an automatic vac in the pool and it was obviously more thorough.
