I wish we had some specifics.What else could we have done to earn a higher rating? Customer was going to remove exterior screens, and be home during my cleaning. On my arrival customer wasn't there and screens were not removed. I removed & cleaned the screens, reinstalled them after the cleaning, then obtained the lock box code so I could enter the home & do a walk thru- sponge up the water that entered the home around the windows. We went above what was agreed to and didn't charge extra, plus we cleaned the front walkway, hoping to surprise the owner, for no charge. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations!

Very professional and prompt! Not only did they clean everything we needed clean fabulously and affordably, but came back the next day to get some rust off of our house from a leaky AC that we didn't think would ever come off. Went way beyond the call of duty. House looks great, thanks!

My deck was gray and faded, it now looks better than new. Steve is very professional and takes great care to do the job right, and ensures surrounding environment is unaffected by the deck washing and staining process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

He came to do the work, explained what he would be doing. He was very professional, clean up after his work. I was extremely happy with his work, gave a good value for the work.
