I am very pleased with the service, they showed up when they said they would. They didn't have all the necesssary parts but when they came back on Monday the system was made operational and at a low cost compared to what I thought it would be. It works great.

Project: Repair an Alarm or Security System
The technician did not have any business cards or receipts for the work done. He contacted the main office to send a receipt but still have not received it to date 2 weeks later. The system still shows a problem but works as required. The technician could not fix the error code to rid the failure lights, suggested that the last monitor company changed the system access code and he could not reset.
