The service we recieved was excellent. Ken was able to determine the problem on the first trip and make recommendations for additional maintenance. As soon as the parts arrived he install them and now our hot tub runs like new again. The labor and parts were reasonable. We will call him again if we ever have trouble with our hot tub.

I was fortunate to be serviced the same day I called with my hot tub heater issue.Ken is effecient, concerned and takes the extra time to expain exactly what is involved with completing the project. I will have no hesitation in contacting him again for future issues or just questions that may arise since I am new at "hot tub owning".

Great job trouble shooting system and determining defective part. A little high on pricing but made up by knowledge and reliability. A little room for inprovement was left in putting pump back in; one bolt was never mounted and another was stripped, thus making it difficult to remove when new pump arrived. Mount bult required being sawed off and new holes drilled to installed newer pump.
