Very pleased with the quality of the work; our backyard gazebo looks great. It was done quickly and done well. David was personable and very easy to work with. My only regret is that I didn't hire them sooner.

Weather has held up completion of job, but am very happy with the job to this point. David has kept me advised at all times, and keeps the construction area neat and clean. I would recommend Southwestern Construction without hesitation.

They were they only company that explained what they were bidding on and why. They documented all the work while in progress to give me a digital record. I would use them again on a future project.

Project: Install or Completely Replace Traditional Stucco
One of the best subs I have ever worked with. They did a great job of matching and stuccoing three sides of a client’s house as well as repainting the whole thing. David made the stucco portion of the project headache free. I would recommend Southwestern construction to anyone looking for stucco work and plan to use him again many times in the future.

Project: Install or Replace Exterior Doors
I wanted to get a dog door installed. Of the bidders, Southwestern was the only one willing to switch the outside glass door with the door to the garage and install the dog door in that. Everyone else would only install whole new door. Came over the next day and took a look and got to work on estimate. Had a lot of good ideas for quality dog doors. Played phone tag for a bit, but that's because of jobs and he lost his phone. We did a lot by emails, which was convenient. Mailed initial deposit to them. Actually arrived 10 minutes early to do work. Did quality job and spent a lot of time fitting the doors.

Project: Hire a Handyman- For Business
I worked with David and Lupe. They were incredible, they communicated well with me as to what they were going to do for the day and continually meet there goals and exceeded my expectations. When supplies were needed I was told in a timely matter so that we never ran out and production could keep going. They helped me get 28 rooms rent ready in a month as well as a few other projects we threw at them in the process. Outstanding service I highly recommend them to others.
