Gary was very friendly and helpful, and thorough on his inspection. With his friendly and personable attitude it made it easy to ask questions, his report was straight and to the point with no fluff. His price was very reasonable. Out of all the calls and emails I had out there he was the first and actually the only one to call me back. To me my time is valuable and he made me feel he understood that.

I wish he would have checked for mold or lead base paint. It was partly my fault because I didn't ask and I didn't think about it until later.

Gary is very customer focused and thorough. He exceeded our expectations through his quality of work and providing a professional report within the same day of our roof inspection. This is important since most contractors and services have no idea how they are part of a larger plan so it's great to know someone dependable like Gary.
