Vinny contacted me within minutes of requesting an estimate via ServiceMagic. He was very clear on telling me what he would do to keep squirrels from getting into my attic.He came out and gave me an estimate, which seemed to be reasonable for what had to be done. Finished the project in one day and even cleaned my gutters out for me while he was at it. I believe that I am now "squirrel free" and that the work he performed will be permanent and I won't have to deal with the problem again. I highly recommend SouthernWay and am very happy to have found them.

I have not had the daily contact that i was promised and the traps have not proven to be as successful as i was led to believe when i paid the company. As an after thought, I thimk I acted with haste and chose the wrong match.

Very, Very pleased with Vinny and Southernway Nuisance Animal Control and will not hesitate to recommend their services to friends and family. I submitted my request on a Saturday evening, within miniutesVinny emailed and called to determine particulars of my problem. He explained what the resolution in detail and we arranged a meeting the following week. Vinny's services not only eliminated the problem, but took care of issues that contributed to the problem + he has a 12month guarantee on his work and eradication...squirrels are nice, but I don't want them living in my attic.

Vinny was great. I called him on a Thursday night and he arrived Friday afternoon. I had 16 birds in the attic. he said he would remove the birds but they would be back. So we did an exclusion. Later that night I still heard a baby bird that was still in the attic without a nest. He came back the next day and got it out. Very informative. I never like spending a bunch of money on unexpected things but he made me feel comfortable. I usually shop things out but thought his price was fair. He removed birds nest, attached metal to roof and gutters to block out entry points, removed Bee's nests and cleaned gutters. I would recommend.

Overall, I felt that service was good, and found Vinny to be knowledgeable about this business. The only area I would caution prospective customers is to confirm if there is a "trip charge" and clarify what it means by "free estimates". Also, if you do not want work boots trampled on your carpet, he should remove the boots or cover them. Neither of which he did.
