Buck and Rick were a pleasure to work with, and did everything they promised they would do and for the price they quoted. In my opinion, they are outstanding and I would highly recommend them.

They came out at a good time convenient to me and looked at what i wanted to do. I received a quote within a day at a good price. We scheduled the job for two days later and was completed the same day. Excellent work and great customer service.

Project: Waterproof a Basement or Foundation
Mr. Buck contacted me, assessed my problem, pre-designed a visual plan for the work and gave me his card. He called back promptly with a permanent plan, designed and the total cost for the project. Very professional. After comparing a few plans, I found his to be the one that fit my project. He kept me informed of his ability to do the work, and of the process. He did what he said he would do, cleaned my property, and solicit for more work if and when I needed it. So far, a great job. I will have to wait for another rain to see if the problem is really solved.

Project: Grade or Reslope Grounds for Landscaping
Mr. Buchanan showed up when he said he would. Worked hard and with the highest work ethics. Quality of his work is emaculate. Price was fair. This company is based on honesty, integrity and quality. My husband and I will definately be using Southern Pipe again and can confidently refer him. With home renovations over the last year, it was refreshing to finally find a contractor with integrity. We still have work from another company unfinished from a year ago. Wish Mr. Buchanan could do "all" our renovations. He treats others the way he wants to be treated.
