Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
The initial refinishing of our hardwood floor was good. We ran into trouble with the trim workers but Anthony, the rep., made it clear throughout that they would work with us until we were satisfied. It took a couple of extra visits but they lived up to their word and we are now happy. So, customer service was excellent and you can rely on MD Kitchen, Bath, Floors, and Design to be responsive to any problems/concerns. They want customer satisfaction. Our floors look good as well.

Very, very easy from beginning to end of project. Jessica the sales rep. was extremely helpful. The installers completed the job on time and without problems.

Project: Repair or Partially Replace Wood Flooring
The cost of buying a whole box of wood for such a small repair was excessive and the contractor was present and had completed the repair within 30 minutes. The total cost seems very expensive for the materiels and labor, however, the contractor did a first rate job!

Job was done very quickly. Crew moved all appliances and cleaned up after themselves. Work was done efficiently and looks great.

Project: Install Wood or Stone Laminate Flooring
Quality was good but the project was not completed on the first visit due to an incorrect material estimate/install error. Communication could have been better. Installer called to say he was coming back to complete the job at 7:00 am day after initial install. Did not show. I called and he said he once again had the wrong material. Returned on Saturday, scheduled for after 3 PM. In driveway at 1PM. Just poor communication but job/materials are good.

Project: Remodel a Kitchen
Southern Maryland Kitchen, Bath, Floors, & Design did a great job remodeling my kitchen. They exceeded my expectations and the kitchen turned out better than I even imagined. They were not the cheapest quote, but they were definitely worth the money. They had a lot of items to choose from in their showroom. Their staff were curtious and professional and their designers were patient and really listened. It was really nice to have everything under the same roof so I didn't need to waste my time going to different stores picking things out. I highly recommend Southern Maryland Kitchen, Bath, Floors, & Design.

The customer service was great, it was the little things that were frustrating. Not enough backsplash, granite was not matching, took too long for the little things to get done making me think that my job was no longer important because the larger things had been done

Project: Install Stone Slab Countertops
Initally very happy with salespeople and attention to our project. We experienced a few issues right beofre and during installation that we would like to address. The foremost was the lack of communication about the install. No call to let us know of a change or to confirm the new day once we were notified as we were told. No follow-up call after install. Quality of work questionable due to poor fixes/alterations/mismeasurement (?) and lack of communication with install staff. Professionalism of plumber questioned.
