Not a BBB Member. Was told all work was done by their employees. Lie, work was subcontracted out to other companies. Sub-con. couldn't do all that needed to be done. They were hired for a specific work order and had to follow it. Southern refused to allow for further work that the subcon. said needed to be done. SIRS didn't follow up on any of the work. Process was slow. Promised when the floor was floated for the linolium It wold be level. I have a uneven floor, with lumps that they refuse to fix. Persons I have to deal with are rude and dishonest. Not a memeber of the BBB or Chamber or Commerce as stated on their profile.
