On time

They were very fast and did a great job.

The job was ordered for a rental property. It turned out to be a lot more than I was originally quoted. I made it clear that my tenant or his mother would be on site while the job was being completed. Any issues should have been communicated to me and not my tenant. The tech told my tenants mother that there was mold in the house. When I spoke with the tech, he said nothing about mold. I would not use this company again because they were not clear about the additional cost, and the fact that the tech tried to upsell the job to my tenants.

Two techs showed up on time , worked on into the evening completed all work that was agreed apon, Very professional, Very knowledgeable. Great Job !

Arrived on time, and completed the job on time and did everything they said they would do. Highly recommended!

The reason for the low rating is due to the fact that damage was done to my home. They place a hole in my window screen by sticking a hose through it instead of removing the screen. Will not be using them anymore!!!

The hole was already in the screen window before we arrived. Our technicians did not do any damage to the customers home. When we arrived the homeowner told our technicians to use that window because he knew there was already a hole in it. We are sorry the customer is unhappy with his screen. However it was torn prior to our arrival and the job we were contracted to do he was happy with, which was an air duct cleaning.

The men were very nice and trustworthy. My house was left in the way it was before they came. They worked very hard.
