In 2004, we expanded to become a full-scale plumbing company. We now handle all your plumbing needs from new construction to service and repair. We recently opened a second office in Tigard so we can better serve the Portland metro area. However,… Read Complete Rating My initial impression was good, as the "office manager," Mike, was very courteous and responsive in scheduling the work and estimating the time/cost of the service. However, when actually dealing with the technician, Terry, I found him to be polite, yet somewhat terse in dealing with me. Then, when the bill came, the cost I had been quoted over the phone turned out to not include a "travel charge." Although I believe that it is probably industry standard, as they said, I was very put off that the $100 travel charge was not part of the original cost estimate. They did end up compromising and giving me $50 back, which helped. Rating: Provided By: Debbie A. The work they have done so far is very good. They ever replanted all the scrubs and plants they had to move out of the way when digging the trenches.
