Adam has been so accessable to us. We Felt comfortable with him right away.Communication happens on a most a daily basis, so we know exactly what is going on. We loved that he brought the subs over so we could meet them before the project started. We are pleased with the project so far. Everything has exceeded our expectations.

Project: Remodel a Basement

Our basement finishing project turned out great. Adam was able to keep us right on budget, met with us face-to-face to discuss our options, prices and timeline and was a true friendly professional in our interactions. Bob was the same way: always on time, very knowledgeable and a hard worker!! Any questions or concerns (there were several of each along the way) were promptly taken care of and we were happy with the end result. We were lucky to find such a great company to help us with our project and we thank Service Magic for setting us up with SMCR. We have no problem recommending SMCR to our friends and neighbors.

Adam the owner of South Metro Custom Remodeling was very professional and reliable. He and/or his crew arrived when planned each day and was respectful of our personal property. Any issue found during the basement remodel was brought to our attention with options to resolve the issue. We saved a lot of money using Adam and his company because they adjusted their prices with the recession. He reduced prices of materials as they were passed to him from suppliers too. We established a timeline for the project before we began. Although we went over the timeline Adam's work was done on time. We were forced to wait on manufactures.

Project: Addition to Existing Structure - Build

Our experience with A & R Contracting has been very positive from both a project and craftsmanship perspective. The addition project was well thought out, designed and planned by A & R Contracting. In regards to unforeseen changes A & R Contracting was very helpful in providing many alternatives and didn'tÂ’t make a move without our consultation and consent. A & R Contracting was also in constant communication with Sub contractors making it easy for us to provide immediate feedback on their work and progress. The work site was well maintained for the duration and the quality of the addition was excellent.
